Welcome to the Year 2 class page!

Our teachers are Mrs White and Mrs Hinton. Please feel free to speak to us if you have any questions.  

In Year 2, our children are nearing the end of Key Stage 1. They will be completing Statutory Assessment Tests (SATS) in Spelling, reading and Maths. As well as being assessed by their teachers for their writing.

When asked, 'What is the best thing about being in year 2?' they had lots to say. Here are some of their answers below:

'I love our classroom and our kindness posters' 

'I love doing art on Fridays!'

'We get to do fun maths'. 

'We get to do hard maths which is fun and challenging'.

'I love our books, especially Field Trip to the Moon'
